We pride ourselves on defending our landlords, tenants and tradesmen, and ensuring that they get the best letting experience there is to offer. We base our decisions on what’s best for them.
We want help4letting to be as environmentally friendly as possible and so the majority of our work is now online, from property submission forms to checklists, we’ll never waste a shred of paper. We’re also really proud to support and donate to a range of charities, from Edinburgh Sick Kids and Help for Heroes to HEAL, a UK charity that homes and educates orphaned children in India.
Letting doesn’t have to be all red tape, forms to fill and contracts to sign. We recognise that we’re providing a service that helps people find new homes, a service that affects people, and that’s why we’re so passionate about the work we do, and why we enjoy it so much.
